Aunty Jenny’s Braised Wings – Pai’s Kitchen | Chinese Recipe ปีกไก่ตุ๋นซีอิ๊ว

Aunty Jenny is my mother-in-law, and this is something she makes ALL the time. And we love it because it looks like a luxurious stew that took time and effort to make, yet it’s really quick and easy! I remember the first time I had it, I asked her right away what she put in it because it’s so good! The chicken wings are braised with sweet caramelized onions, so the chicken comes out tender and the onions melt in your mouth! A great meal for the freezer as well!
