BIRTHDAY CAKE SUGAR COOKIES || Soft Sugar Cookies

This quick and simple recipe shows how to make some delicious chewy birthday cake sugar cookies. I highly recommend getting some clear vanilla extract for this recipe.

4 oz Butter
1/3 Cup Vegetable Shortening
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Whole Egg
1 Egg White
2 tsp Clear Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 3/4 Cup Cake Flour
1/4 Cup – 1/2 Cup Sprinkles

Chill for at least 3 hours
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 12 minutes

• Frosting •
6 oz Butter
6 – 8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream or Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
