1/2 box cake mix
2 large egg room temperature
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup greek yogurt or sour cream
1 oz sugar free instant pudding powder *do not dissolve add the powder to the rest of the ingredients*
1/2 cup water
RECIPE YIELD ABOUT 15-18 CAKEPOPS, TO MAKE THE WHOLE BOX OF CAKE MIX, DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS
