Chicken and Veg Pastry are a very popular Ramadan Recipe or at any time of the year! Awesome for day trips, lunch box or after school snacks. You should have most of the ingredients all ready, and you can freeze these and make them later. So try them out soon, and dont forget to tag me on Instagram or Twitter so I can see!

INGREDIENTS:
500g chicken fillet cubes
3 med potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 cup corn & peas (Par-boil)
1 small onion chopped
puff pastry sheets
1 fresh tomato chopped (remove skin)
1/4 cup jalapeno sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbls oil
1/2 red pepper
2 tbls tomato puree
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp termuric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
fresh mint and corriander
sesame seeds for garnishing

      Cook with Anisa bit of both. It depends what’s on the menu for that day. Sometimes it has to be on the day otherwise pre made goodies from the freezer . Although I am trying to cut out the fried food and focus more on eating healthier 🙊

    Our favourite.
    Put chillie sauce on a slice of bread. Put some mash potato that is spiced. Put 1 slice polony on each corner.. Put cillie sauce on another slice. Cover.
    Cut sanwich into 4.
    Dip each quarter into egg and fry in oil.
    Delicious. Fazila…
