COOKIE MONSTER CAKE || Double Chocolate Cake

This Cookie Monster cake is similar to the Elmo cake i’ve previously made. It’s super easy and cute!
This chocolate cake was made in a 2.5 qt bowl.

Cake //
6 oz Butter
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 2.5 qt bowl
You can always check with a toothpick or skewer and if it comes out clean you know it’s ready

Buttercream //
6 oz Butter
6 – 8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
Blue food gel
