CVC’S Peanut Butter Cake!

This was a viewer request! Peanut Butter Cake and I couldn’t help but eat it of course. It is so yummy, rich, but so good. Here is the recipe: Y’all hit like to keep my news feed on your wall
Cake:
¼ Cup Shortening
1 stick butter or margarine
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups self-rising flour
1 ½ cups whole buttermilk
½ cup of water
Icing:
1 ½ stick margarine or butter
½ cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp evaporated milk
½ tsp. vanilla extract or
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
