1- Granny Smith, Green Apple
1- Red Delicious Apple
Both Apples, Peeled and Sliced
1-2 Tablespoon Butter
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
– 3-4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
– 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
– Pinch of Salt
– 1 teaspoon of Cornflour/cornstarch (optional)
Puff Pastry- Thawed as per instructions on box. I thawed for 30 mins, then cut into desired shape
Egg Wash
1 Whole Egg
1 Teaspoon Water
Pastry Brush
Mix it well
