BAKE FOR 30/40 MINUTES ON THE MIDDLE SHELF ON GAS 4, ELECTRIC 180 c
FOR THE MIDDLE BUTTER CREAM…
200/300 grams icing sugar
100 grams butter
with 3 drops of peppermint essence
FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE ICING ON TOP OF THE CAKE…
90 grams white chocolate
AND THE REST OF THE MINT BUTTER CREAM, WHISK WITH A HAND MIXER
