Hi Gemma thank you for the lovely video 🙂 can you make a bread making video using yeast please? I’ve been trying to bake bread with yeast for a long time but the result is always a tough bread with little aeration no matter how long I knead. I don’t have a stand mixer so I do it by hand and it’s so hard to tell if I’m doing it right. It seems the dough is too sticky and will never come together then I add more flour and I think it makes the dough tough. If you or anyone else in the comments section has any suggestions I would really appreciate it! I live in a place where I can’t buy certain types of bread my parents like readily so I try to make it for them. I breaks my heart when it comes out bad and they still eat it 😭😭 I just want to perfect bread so I can make the breads they can buy in their hometown that we can’t buy here 🙏🙏thank you!
