Easy Pastry Cream Recipe | How to make la Crème Patissière ( Fresh Custard )

Basic preparation ; pastry cream used in various dishes like ,millefeuille ,eclairs, cake , tarts….

For a small amount , this recipe is so easy and fast to make .
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boilwhisk continuosly untill the cream becomes thick custard and it done!

Protect th cream with a film as shown in the video, and let it cool in room temperature before put it in the fridge.

Ingredients:

225 g of milk
25 g of cream ( liquid)
1/2 vanilla pod
1 egg yolk
12 g of cornstarch
8 g of flour
75 g of sugar
