Eggless Sponge Fruit Cake Recipe | How to make Cake in cooker | Basic Sponge Fruit Cake Recipe

In this video I have Prepared Eggless Fruit Cake Which is as soft as sponge. I have not used Micro Oven. Though I prepared it in Sauce Pan, can be prepared in Pressure Cooker in the same way. Ingredients
1 cup maida ( refined flour )
1/2 cup of powder sugsr
2 table spoon curd
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
2 table spoon butter
1 ½ table spoon refined oil
1 tea spoon Vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk or as required
Dry fruits

Tips
Measurement of ingredients should be perfect
All the ingredients should be in room temperature
Batter should in ribbon pour consistency
Batter should be half filled of cake mould
