Shakes 2-ways
Dates & Banana Smoothie:
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Khajure (Dates) 4-5
-Banana 2
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Darchini powder (Cardamom powder) 2 pinches
-Ice cubes

Directions:
-In blender jar,add dates (deseeded),banana,yogurt,milk,cinnamon powder,ice cubes and blend until well combined.
-Add honey if required.
-Serve chilled!

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Khajure (Dates) 4-5
-Banana 2
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Darchini powder (Cardamom powder) 2 pinches
-Ice cubes

-Blender jar mein khajure (deseeded),banana,dahi,doodh,darchini powder aur ice cubes dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Agar zaroorat ho tou shahad dal lein.
-Thanda serve karein.
Figs & Dates Milk Shake:
Serves 2

Ingredients:
-Injeer (Figs) 6-7
-Khajure (Dates) 6-7
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Ice cubes

Directions:
-In jug,add figs,dates (deseeded) and milk,mix and soak for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In blender,add soaked figs+dates+milk,ice cubes and blend until well combined.
-Serve chilled!

-Jug mein injeer,khajure (deseeded) aur doodh dal ker mix karein aur soak kernay kliya 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Blender mein soaked injeer+khajure+doodh aur ice cubes dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein.

    hmare nabi S.A.W ne khajor aur injeer aik sath lene se mana kiya h.. they are not helathy togeter… khajur aur injeer kbi ikathi ni leni chaie
