by the way, people think honey is a great substitute for sugar but they are almost equal

    • FoodFitness&Fun says:

+Chitra Param yes, you are right Infact honey contains more calories as compare to sugar. The only difference is honey has certain enzymes, amino acid and antioxidants which are good for general health. Refine sugar on the other hand is very unhealthy all together.

+ARNAV DUTTA yes , but don’t you think it’s difficult to find an original cheap Whey protein in india. I make my Whey once in a week. This protein shake also helps you develop lean muscles and cheap…good for people who can’t find or afford a good quality Whey Protein

    • ARNAV DUTTA says:

FoodFitness&Fun hmmmm nyc… but my thot is dat.. if ve mix 1scoop of whey (Indian n Cheap but original) with regular milk… we get 35Gm proteim nd 17-18Gm Carbs.

    • FoodFitness&Fun says:

+ARNAV DUTTA good question, most of the carbs in this recipe is from quick oats approximately 30 plus grams. Oats are loaded with complex carbs which actually helps in weight loss. That is because complex carbs takes longer to digest thus keep you full for long period. It curbs hunger pangs and craving. I hope I have answered your question. Being an athlete i actually try to eat food that is loaded with complex carbs.
