pouring chocolate/ pourable chocolate cover: 300g chocolate plus 6-9 tbsp vegetable oil
Make sure your cake is well chilled before pouring, and allow to set again in the fridge. If you want a smoother finish than I have in this video, use dark chocolate and make it runnier with more oil before use.
Chocolate slabs: coloured candy melts, 300g milk chocolate or compound chocolate/ melts
