Recipe for fish curry:-
Fish – 6 small piece
Onion – 1 big size
Green chilli- 2 piece
Ginger -a small piece (as you need)
Garlic -7 cloves
Tomato – 2
Tamarind (പുളി )- Lemon size or as you need
Salt as you need
Turmeric pwdr – 1/2 tsp
Chilli pwdr – 3 tsp
Coriander pwdr – 1 tsp
Hing ( കായപ്പൊടി ) – 1 pinch (ഒരു നുള്ള് )
For powder :-
Methi –ഉലുവ 1/2 tsp and jeera and mustard ( കടുക് ) 1 pich
Mix these 3 items as powder
Oil, Mustard, Red chilli, methi, curry leave’s വറവിടാൻ വേണ്ടി
