How to make the best pastry – Tart – Quiche – Pie – and More l Manon’s Little Kitchen

Because there is a fair amount of type of pastry and it can get complex, what about sticking to one? This is my one and only pastry recipe that I use to make tart, quiche, pie, and more. It is flaky and delicious when blanc baked, even better filled with any kind of sweet or savoury fillings.
