I Am Soy Grateful Smoothie – Diet Shake Recipe

INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 PERSON):
8 Tbsp Almased • 8 oz unsweetened soy milk • 4 oz plain non-fat Greek yogurt • 1 Tbsp natural almond butter • 10 seedless red grapes • 1 tsp stevia (optional)

1 portion contains 458 cal • 48 g protein • 34 g carbs • 14 g fat
PREPARATION
In a blender or Blender Bottle®, combine Almased, liquid and other ingredients. You may add ice, if desired. Blend or shake until smooth and enjoy right away.
