Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake | Jiggly Cake | Cheese Cake recipe in Urdu/ Hindi

Uncle Tetsu cheesecake. Japanese cotton cheesecake which is very soft, fluffy and jiggly. It can be served with tea or all alone. The taste is divine. My family loved it I hope you liked it as well.

Baking instructions:

1. Preheat the oven at 100C. Place the water filled tray while oven is on preheat.

2. Place the cake mold on water tray bake for 15 minutes on 100C.

3. Now increase the temperature to 150C and bake for 20 minutes.

4. After 20 minutes open the door of the oven for 10 seconds and decrease the temperature to 100C and bake for further 40 minutes.

5. After 40 minutes turn off the oven and open the door. Don’t take your cake out yet. Leave it there in open oven for 10 minutes.

6. Now remove from the oven. See the instruction in video for next steps.
