INGREDIENTS FOR Choux Pastry (aka Pasta Choux)
olive oil – 100 grams / 1/2 cup
flour – 200 grams / .4 lbs
eggs – 6 whole (yolks and whites, beaten)
water – 200 grams / 200 ml / .85 cups

Bake at 400 F (210 C) for 25 minutes
