LEMON YOGURT CAKE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (175 grams)
1 tsp salt (4.5 grams)
2 tsp baking powder (8 grams)
3/4 cup sugar (155 grams)
2 large eggs
1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (8oz)
1/3 cup oil (78ml) (or 1 stick 4 oz softened butter)
1 tbls zest of a lemon
**Bake in a 9 inch cake pan @ 350 degrees F for 23 to 25 minutes
ICING
2 cups (285 grams) powdered sugar
2 to 3 tbls juice of a lemon(s)
LEMON CAKE RECIPE
