A yummy combination of rich and luscious Malai Kulfi mixed with ice cream and dry fruits blended together to a luscious milkshake I bet you you can’t just stop with one glass. Perfect ring for summers winters The best part is u can drink it at any point of time.
Note 📝 : we have shared the link of the malai kulfi recipe …..you can make fresh kulfi and make the shake or you can make kulfi in advance and use when required…
Make sure you use only vanilla or rose flavoured ice cream 🍨 for the best results .
You can also add almonds with the cashews while blending or any one of the 2.
Also make a note to add chilled boiled milk and not raw , since milk is just added to get a base for the shake.
We had soaked the anjeer or the figs in warm water for 5 mins to easy chopping , so once u chop the figs reserve half for the garnishing and half add to the base of the serving glass.
Do not skip the dry fruit topping …you will love the bite and crunchiness of it with the smooth milk shake.
Serve it immediately or you can keep the things ready and prepare at the time you need it.
