Marvelous Kiwi Pastry Recipe| Ammar’s Kitchen

Hey guys!
In this video, I’m going to show you how to make my version of the easiest Kiwi Pastry. Hope you like it!

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
150 grams Refined Sieved Flour/ Maida
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3-4 drops of Green Edible food coloring

For the Sugar Syrup:
1/2- 2 cups of water
3 tbsp Sugar
2 Ripe chopped kiwis

For the Whipped Cream Frosting:
25 grams Whipped Cream Powder
50 ml Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
