MIGLIACCIO (Lemon Ricotta Italian Cake Recipe)

Neapolitan migliaccio is an italian sweet for winter holidays,soft, fresh,slightly sweet,made from simple ingredients and very easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients(for 16 persons):
–250 g semolina flour
–800 ml milk
–200 g sugar
–250 g ricotta
–2 tbsp of orange blossom
(or lemon and orange peel)
–4 eggs
–25 g butter
-1 lemon zest
-powdered sugar or coconut flakes(to dust)
