Bird’s milk coffee on the form of 16 cm:

For cakes:
Yolks – 3 PCs
Powdered sugar – 50 gr
Vanilla sugar – 5 gr
Butter – 50 gr
Flour for cake – 75 gr
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp

For souffle:
Egg whites – 3 pieces (200 gr)
Sugar – 200 gr
Butter – 75 gr
Condensed milk with coffee – 35 gr
Water – 75 ml
Agar-agar – 4 gr
Lemon juice – 2-3 drops
