Sponge Preparation:
-1 Cup Milk
-1 Tsp Vinegar
-1 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
-1 Tsp baking powder
–1/2 Tsp baking soda
-1/2 Cup powdered sugar
-1/4 Cup oil
-1 Tsp pineapple essence

Piineapple puree:
-200 gm fresh cut pineapple
-2 tbsp corn flour
-100 ml water
-2 Drops yellow gel food colour

Frosting:
-1 Cup whip cream
-1/8 Tsp pineapple essence
-Cherry

    Someone asked what else could be used in place of the pineapple essence and you said to use the pineapple puree. Are you saying we can put that amount into the cake batter? Regarding your pineapple puree. Is it more like a curd consistency without eggs and butter of course? Also what pan size did you use? I saw the list of ingredients but didn’t see anything regarding pan size…
