Pull-Apart Quesadilla – Handle It

This week Ameer and Mike team up and teach you how to make a Pull-Apart Quesadilla! It’s EPIC!

Ingredients
10 to 15 Tortillas
8 to 10 Cups Shredded cheese
1 Package of Bacon
5 to 8 Chicken breast
1/2 Cup of Jalepenos
1 Cup of salsa
1 Cup of sour cream
1 Cup of gaucomole
1/2 Cup of green onion
1/2 Cup of red pepper

Tools
1 Bread pan
1 Chef knife
2 Frying pans
1 Spatula
1 Wooden spoon
1 Cutting board
Parchment paper
Cooking spray
1 Zip loc bag

Step 1
Cook bacon bits in a frying pan until crispy then Cook chicken strips with vegetable oil and fajita seasoning for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Layer shredded cheese and chicken on half of a tortilla then fold in half and fry in a pan for 1 minute each side. Once the quesadillas are cooked cut them in half.

Step 3
Line a bread pan with parchment paper horizontally and vertically. Place quesadillas in a zig zag pattern keeping some space between each layer.

Step 4
Fill the gaps with cheese and bacon then top with green onion and red peppers and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 5
Garnish wish sour cream and serve with guacamole and salsa.

    Can you sell this to taco bell i’ll eat it. But sadly i am vegetarian/Indian. I can eat meat but only Indian meat so that’s why i am saying to you none Indians out there that i’m vegetarian. But i’m actually making the meals you guys created and now i’m going to do this since i always make my self quesida.
