ROASTED BEETS: healthy superfood recipe

Roasted Beets?? YES. This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes! I love making this when I want to indulge in some delicious food that is GREAT for you at the same time!!

Recipe:
– 2 stalks of beets
– wash thoroughly and cut off greens and ends
– cube beets
– drizzle 2 tbs of olive oil
– a dash of pink himilayan salt and freshly ground pepper
– place in oven under 425º for 20-25 minutes
