This episode I really wanted to channel my inner soda monster and make some delicious root beer float flavored and themed cupcakes! These cupcakes incorporate real root beer into the recipe and are decorated with some tasty treats to transform them into mini root beer floats. These were really easy and turned out great so I hope you try them on your own at home. I love seeing comments of what you think about this video and requests for future videos!!
Ingredients and Tools:
All Purpose Flour – 2 1/2 cups
Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
Eggs – 3 ea
Root Beer Candy
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tspn
Root Beer Extract – 1 tbsp
Baking Powder – 2 1/2 tspn
Salt – 1/2 tspn
Unsalted Butter – 3/4 cup
Cute Straws
Root Beer – 1 1/4 cup
