Rose Lassi Recipe | Rose Yogurt Smoothie | Summer Drink | Delicious & Healthy Lassi in 2 min

Lassi , a recipe which is touted as one of the oldest smoothie in the world ….This indian summer cooler can be shaken up in many flavours …..
This session is particular about Rose lassi… so lets see how to make it , but before that note down the ingredients….

1. Curd ( Chilled) – 2 cups
2. Rose syrup – 1 Tbsp
3. Sugar – 3 Tbsp
4. Coconut Powder – 1 Tsp

For Garnishing
1. Pistachios finely chopped – 1 Tbsp
2. Rose syrup – 1 Tbsp
3. Set Curd – 2 Tbsp

Process

Step 1 – Take a Blending Jar.
Step 2 – Add 2 cup Curd , sugar ( 3 Tbsp / or as per the taste), Rose syrup (1 Tbsp)
Step 3 – Blend the mixture for 2 -3 minutes
Step 4 – After blending it for 2-3 minutes Lassi is ready…

Presentation
Step 1 – Pour the rose syrup on the inner wall of the glass
Step 2 – Pour the Lassi in it.
Step 3 – Drop 2 Tbsp Set curd in it then sprinkle some coconut powder.
Step 4 – Now garnish it with Pistachios and Rose Syrup

Now the Colour ful, Delicious and Healthy Rose lassi is ready ….
