Secret Smoothie Trick: Use frozen fruits and vegetables for that cold and refreshing flavour without the need for ice cubes. For extra nutritional value, throw in some vegan protein powder or nut butter for that extra flavour and protein boost.

DIRECTIONS
1) In a medium to large sized blender, layer the spinach, banana, strawberry, pumpkin seeds, and any additional item being added.

2) Add 1-2 scoops of Plant-Based Protein Powder if needed

3) Add in the almond milk (250ml)

4)combine all the ingredients until you get a smooth blend. Blend for about 30 seconds – 1 minute (long enough to blend the pumpkin seeds really really smooth.

5) Pour into a large glass and serve
