===== Ingredients =====
-For dough
All purpose Flour 180 g
Butter 150 g
Cold water 70-75 g
-For filling(Almond cream)
Almond flour 30 g
Butter 30 g
Sugar 30 g
Beaten egg 1 Tbsp
===== Recipe =====
-Making dough
Cut butter to small pieces & Keep in fridge until using.
Place the flour on working surface, bring out butter from the fridge.
Coat flour on butter and cut in small pieces.
Hold the dough to one piece & rest for about 1-2 hours(Overnight) in fridge.
Dust some flour on working surface, take out the dough from the fridge.
Make the dough flatten using roller.
Fold 1/3 each side of dough, turn over 90 degrees, repeat the same process 6 times.
(Keep the dough in fridge, if the dough become softer(Do not want to melt butter)
Make flatten & trim the edges.
Place the filling on middle, cut the side of dough strips.
Fold the strips alternately.
Coat some egg wash, topping some almond slices.
Preheat oven for 200°C or 392°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
-Making filling (Almond cream)
Mix almond flour, sugar,room temperature of butter, beaten egg.
Keep in fridge until using.
