Ingredients for a 20 cm (8 inch) cake:
For the vanilla cake:
300 g room-temperature butter
200 g granulated sugar
150 g light brown sugar
6 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
500 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 large pinch of salt
250 ml whole milk

For the milk mixture:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
250 ml whole milk

For the frosting + decorations:
50 cl full fat whipping cream (or double cream)
2 to 3 tbsp icing sugar (to taste)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
300 g fresh strawberries
300 g fresh blueberries
300 g fresh raspberries
Mint leaves for decoration
