    How long does it take u to eat each meal?? So much volume!!

      My breakfast/Lunch take me about 30 minutes to eat, and my Dinner meal takes me about 45 minutes to eat 😁😎

    Yummmm! I just read the average human eats up to 4lbs of food to feel satisfied, whether that’s chocolate and McDonalds… or nutrient rich fruit and vegetables!

    You probably already know this being a nutritionist but I found it so interesting, that of course if its the volume of food rather than amount of calories that satiates us. And eating the way you do does mean only energy balanced nutritious calories for the body, satisfaction and more difficulty in overeating! I read this article:

      Yes absolutely, we need to be able to fill our stomachs after a meal to feel truly satisfied, that is part of the experience of knowing we have eaten enough food to fuel & nourish our body πŸ™

      slowly start incorporating them, and as you grow more comfortable with them, gradually increase the amount of them that you eat!

      Just eat it, don’t think too much about it (: and who says that high calorie food is bad? Are nuts bad? Not at all and so aren’t dates!
