250g of Spelt flour ( you can replace this flour with brown wheat flour)
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
200g of brown sugar
1 small cup of natural yogurt 1dl
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 fresh lemon
Powder sugar
Butter and flour for baking pan
